Linnaeus worked with a collection of 20,000 plants and grouped them according to sexual organs, drawing parallels to human anatomy. It was a »sexual revolution« for plants. Koinberg dedicates his photographic efforts to documenting the life cycle of plants. The effort is apparent in Edvard Koinberg: Herbarium Amoris. Floral Romance. The book is out now from Taschen.
